Heating wire is positioned along axis of channel and attached to said conductors. Heating wire is divided by these conductors into two pieces: the first one that is closer to output hole of measuring channel serves as measuring element, while the second piece that is closer to input hole of measuring channel serves as element of temperature compensation.
