FIELD: TV devices. SUBSTANCE: during transmission phase method involves translation of source signal to coded combination, generation of additional functional signal, addition of these signals to additional information signals. Then idle intervals of quenching pulse of fields of transmitted TV signal are filled with the above-mentioned signals. During receiving phase method involves detection of additional information signals and source information signal from received TV signal. In addition signals of additional information are added so that the possibility is provided for partial and full filling of active part of at least one idle row with balancing pulses of quenching pulse of fields of transmitted signal. In addition the possibility is provided for partial or full filling of active part of at least one idle row which is not row with balancing pulses of quenching pulse of fields of transmitted signal. The latter rows provide channel for transmission of additional information. Two types of system for implementation of this method are given in invention specification.
