FIELD: radio engineering, radar equipment and education. SUBSTANCE: device has gates, mixers, voice signal line, source of radar signals, writing-playing unit. Goal of invention is achieved by introduced synchronization pulse generator, background information input unit, data storage for background information, global time system line, selector of synchronization pulses, inverter, information detection unit, address detection unit, correction input unit. Radar signals provide following sequence: start pulse, digital information pulses, line pulses for ten-kilometer distance to generator of scale samples of radar station in order to generate frame synchronization pulses which rate follows to TV standard. EFFECT: increased reliability and quality of storing and playing radar signals, increased density and validity of background information signals, increased functional capabilities in use of stored information for education. 2 dwg
