FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: fragments of spongia are allowed to stand within 24 h in solution of proteolytic ferment having concentration 20 proteolytic units per 1 ml. Then washing within 10 min is carried out. Proposed method enables to decrease three times duration of treatment, mass of removed marrow is increased by 13.6 %. EFFECT: decreases duration of treatment, improves plastic properties of transplants, improves their ability for storage and transportation.
