FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves placing spongious bone xenotransplant into Terrilitin solution at 37 C, washing it with high power jets of 0.9% physiological salt solution heated to the same temperature during 10 min and holding during 4 days. Then, the spongious bone xenotransplant is hold in 0.1 M phosphate buffer of 7.4 pH at 37 C and treated with 0.1% Triton X-100 solution during 24 h at room temperature with washing in 0.9% physiological salt solution following.
