Mounting seats 3 and 5 are made in the shape of two holes with different cross-sections located one after another. Hole 5 of greater cross-section is made cylindrical. Hole 3 of smaller cross-section is located with an eccentricity relative to hole 5 and can be made either cylindrical or in the shape of a segment.
