FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device for threading has housing 1 with a flange, removable prism combs 2, and a holder for the combs. The holder consists of four ring members 3 and 4 the side surfaces of which are parallel and form grooves for combs 2. Ring members 3 are secured to housing 1 by means of threaded handles 5. Ring members 4 are mounted for permitting movements to the axis of the housing. Combs 2 together with ring members 4 are set in their places and the screws are screwed. In so doing, the ring members are displaced to the axis of the housing by a negligible distance and firmly press the threaded combs to the fixed ring members 3. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. cl, dwg
