FIELD: pipeline transport. SUBSTANCE: compound for transferring highly viscous water-oil emulsions through pipeline contains product of successive addition of 1-3 mas.p. of ethylene oxide and 3-9 mas.p. of propylene oxide to 1 mas. p. of ethyl phenol and additionally - waste of isopropyl alcohol production by hydration of propylene in the presence of sulfuric acid from the stage of hydrolysis containing components in the following amount, mas.% : isopropyl alcohol 1.0-1.6; diisopropyl ether 10.0-20.0; water 0.1-1.0; aromatic compounds 0.2-0.35; sulfur 0.1-0.2; mechanical impurities 0.001-0.01; the balance, mixture of normal and isistructural hydrocarbons. Compound contains the following amounts of components, mas.%: product of successive addition of 1-3 mas.p. of ethylene oxide and 3-9 mas.p. of propylene oxide to 1 mas.p. of alkyl phenol 20-50; waste of production of isopropyl alcohol by hydration of propylene in the presence of sulfuric acid from the stage of hydrolysis 50-80.
