FIELD: industrial preparation of petroleum. SUBSTANCE: for dehydration petroleum is treated at heating and settled; intermediate emulsion layer formed at settlement is periodically treated by an agent-production waste of isopropyl alcohol by hydration of propylene in the presence of sulfuric acid from the stage of hydrolysis, treated by condensate from the stage of acidolysis of production of oxyethylidenephosphonic acid. The agent makes up 5 to 10 % of the volume of the intermediate emulsion layer. EFFECT: facilitated procedure. 2 cl, 4 tbl
