FIELD: production of vegetable oils. SUBSTANCE: technique involves preparation, moisturizing and heat treatment of the crop tube treated. Oil is extracted by pressing and extracting, and hydration. After hydration, neutralization is carried out in the soap-alkaline medium; for moisturizing the oil-producing material an alkaline (soap) solution (1.0-5.0 percent of the mass of the material treated) is used which is obtained as a result of the neutralization process in column-type equipment.
