FIELD: instruments. SUBSTANCE: device has coding solid geared ferromagnetic disk which is made of magnetically soft material and has additional magnet in which magnetic zone a sensitive element is placed. Sensitive element is made as inductance coil with saturating core. In addition device has conversion unit which is supplied from high frequency oscillator and is designed for generation of electric signals shaped as pulses having different duration. In addition device has unit for signal processing. Conversion unit has three diodes, resistor and inductance coil. The fact that immovable magnet is placed in special position with respect to core of sensitive element causes coaxial position of magnet neutral axis and symmetry axis of core face. This results in considerably increased depth of measuring inductance of coil when disk is rotated. This results in increased spaces between movable parts of device.
