SUBSTANCE: this device includes base on which is mounted plant tray, shield wound on one side about driven drum connected to base and on other side connected to weight and isolating internal radiator from environment. Base further carries at least one weight upper and one lower position transducers, one on each side of weight, and at least one external and one internal radiant energy transducers, one on opposite side of shield, which are electrically connected to weight position transducers and drum rotary drive to save electric energy. EFFECT: energy saving due to adequate determination of parameters of environment inside disclosed device and reduction in emanation of energy into surrounding space, with exterior luminescence intensity being lower than interior one. 7 cl, 2 dwg
