Rod of piston 3 is mounted in guideway 4 for the reciprocal motion. Guideway 4 is mounted in case 1 for swinging relative to the longitudinal axle of the case. The instrument has pickup units 17 and 18 and setters prescribing the parameters of the notch. The setters are connected with the pickup units and drives through control circuits.
