FIELD: medical equipment, in particular, ophthalmologic instruments, and can be used for blind cornea incisions preset in depth and shape at operations on an eye with the aim of changing of its refraction. SUBSTANCE: the device has a housing with a stop, and a reciprocate drive secured on the blade rod relative to the stop and a transducer of the drive reciprocating motion to an electric signal positioned in the housing; the drive and transducer are connected to a programmed control unit, having a setter of audio signals of incision rhythm. A piezoelectric motor can be used as the drive of blade reciprocating motion relative to the stop, and an inductive transducer of motion - as the transducer of this motion to an electric signal; the rod is common for them, and one of its sections serves as the rod of the piezoelectric motor, and the other - as the movable member of the transducer of the mentioned motion to an electric signal. The programmed control unit may be furnished with a control panel, digital indicator and a remote control pedal. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of operations due to enhanced accuracy of the depth of cornea incisions over the entire length, reduced traumatism of tissues, creation of constant force on the corners and improved visual monitoring. 15 cl, 2 dwg
