FIELD: medicine; abdominal surgery. SUBSTANCE: method involves intravenously or intramuscularly injecting antibacterial drugs during the postoperative period. The injection is immediately followed by transfusion of low-molecular solutions of dextran (rheopolyglukin, polyglukin, rheomacrodex) preexposed to low wave band X-ray radiation at a dose of 0.1-25 Gr. EFFECT: accelerated treatment, reduced severity of the disease course.
