FIELD: concentrating liquid products. SUBSTANCE: concentrator has vertical sealed cylindrical housing provided with systems for supplying initial liquid and discharging concentrated solution arranged at the bottom part of the housing and system for discharging secondary vapor arranged at the top part of the housing. The concentrator is provided with a power source, driving drum positioned inside the housing at its bottom part, and flexible electrically conducting hose which is turned inside out and mounted inside the housing for reciprocation. One end of the hose is perforated and secured to the housing over periphery. The other end is wound on the drum. The hose is connected to the power source. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 1 dwg
