FIELD: concentrating heat sensitive and viscose liquids. SUBSTANCE: concentrator has horizontal housing provided with systems for supplying initial liquid and heat carrier and discharging heat carrier, concentrated solution, and the secondary vapor and heat exchanging surface positioned inside the housing. The concentrator is provided with driving drum positioned at the end inside the housing. The heat exchanging surface is made up as a flexible hose mounted to define two spaces and to permit horizontal reciprocation. One end of the hose is wound on the drum. The other end is bent out and secured to the internal wall of the housing over periphery. The system for supplying initial liquid and discharging concentrated solution and secondary vapor are in communication with one space. The systems for supplying and discharging heat carrier is in communication with the other space. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 1 dwg
