Device to make relief filtering element has a casing with a chamber for suspension of fibers, and a hollow relief form located in it and connected to the chamber for filtrate collection. The chamber for suspension of fibers is provided with additional hollow relief form, connected to filtrate collection chamber, and made so to be moved as to the hollow relief form.
