FIELD: chemical industry; nuclear technology; medical engineering; radioelectronics. SUBSTANCE: filtering module has a set of flat and relief filtering elements, connected together in alternation, provided with flat end panels. All walls of air channels are made to be isomorphic to filtering material in structure. Panels onto the relief filtering elements are disposed at top plane of protrusions of vertexes of relief. Parts of filtering elements to be joined, are connected to form pockets and stiffening ribs. Additional aid for sealing air channels is made in form of monolithic layers sealant or sealing insertions, disposed along the perimeter among the stiffening ribs and along the perimeter of filtering material at the side, from which air is supplied or removed. Sealant at the side, from which air is supplied or removed, is made in form protruding contour or side flanges. Edge walls of air channels and end panels are impregnated by strengthening material. Stiffening ribs are made in form of wedges; density of material for the ribs varies. Forcing elements, made of electro-conductive or electret material are mounted inside stiffening ribs. Air fine filter has filtering material and case members in form of T-, L-, 4-, or H-shaped cross-section profiled elements, which are arranged along the perimeter at the side of air supply and removal. These elements have additionally aid for sealing connection to ventilation system, which is made in form of protruding blade plates or closed groove for sealant.
