FIELD: grinding. SUBSTANCE: device has additional mandrels, knives and sorting unit. The latter is made in form of curved trough with parallel sides inclined in vertical and horizontal planes. Fitted on inner side of trough are curved discharge troughs. Braking bags are installed on outer side. Cutting unit is made in form of cylindrical intake bins installed at ends of each trough. Fitted in bins are spring brakes; mandrels and disk knives are installed vertically. Troughs are inclined towards bins. Made in inner side of trough are holes to let tyre get into bin. Diameters of bins and mandrels suit diameters of tyres to be treated. Radius of disk knife exceeds width of profile of treated tyre. Tyres in trough are sorted out according to their sizes and are delivered to bin where they are cut by knives. EFFECT: reduced labour input. 4 dwg
