FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: proposed method comprises fixing and squeezing tire axially, cutting one side by circular knife with cutting blade of whatever shape. Then tire rest uncut is fixed on cylindrical mandrel circular support. It is deformed all around by upper cylinder flange relative to circular support till tire inner surface protrudes completely outside. Now, upper cylinder is upped into initial position and tire is turned inside out to be removed from cylindrical mandrel.
EFFECT: higher efficiency and quality.
