FIELD: lifts and elevators. SUBSTANCE: limiter has drive pulley 1 with lever 3 secured on pulley by means of pins. Shaped weights are installed on levers 3. Levers 3 are hinge-coupled to each other by means of pins 4 and tie-rod 5. The latter is coupled with pulley 1 through spring 6, stud 7, adjusting nut 8 and bushing 9. Pawls 10 on free ends of levers 3 engage with stops 11 of ratchet wheel 12 secured on shaft 13 in case of speed rise. EFFECT: enhanced reliability of operation. 5 dwg
