METHOD OF PRODUCTION OF COMPLEX MICROFERTILIZER Russian patent published in 1995 - IPC

FIELD: agriculture. SUBSTANCE: in the method of production of complex microfertilizers, including the stage of neutralization of spent pickling solutions, pickling solutions, containing hydrofluoric acid, are neutralized by electrical steel slag of the following composition, %: FeO + MnO -12.4; MgO - 6.0; CaO - 50.0; SiO₂ - 20.0; Al₂O₃ - 10.5; P₂O₅ - 1.0. The content of hydrofluoric acid in mixed pickling solution makes up 2.0 to 2.5 %: electrical steel slag is treated with mixed solution at relation T:Ж equal to 1: 3; the reaction mass drying temperature is within 180 to 200 C. Treatment of basic metallurgical slag with pickling solution of ferrous metals containing hydrofluoric acid is accomplished at mass relation 1:(0.3-0.4). EFFECT: facilitated procedure.
