The slurry is admixed with a filler at a slurry to filler weight ratio of 1:(0.2-2.0) and homogenized under agitation in a blade mixer at 20-90 C for 5 to 45 minutes. The filler includes dispersed inorganic fillers such as talc, chalk, asbestos or a mixture thereof, and an organic filler such as polyvinyl chloride.
