SUBSTANCE: method involves interaction of oligoorganosiloxane of the general formula (CH3)3SiO[(CH3)2SiO]m-[(CH3)(CH2CH2CF3)SiO]nSi(CH3)3 where m = 5-63; n = 0-4 with cerium acetylacetonate at 240-290 C and transient metal organic compound (0.2-0.4 mas. p. per 100 mas. p. oligoorganosiloxane) taken from the group involving iron, nickel, cobalt, chrome and copper. Air is passed through the reaction mass following by interaction of bimetal products at 60-300 C. EFFECT: improved method of preparing. 1 tbl
