FIELD: military engineering. SUBSTANCE: system has axle-pipe 2 secured to a vehicle. Hollow shield 3, made up as bulldozer cutter, rotates about the axle-pipe. The face ends of axle-pipe 3 are provided with exhaust nozzle 4 and shut-off valve 5. Exhaust gas is fed from the engine to axle-pipe 2 through pipe 6 wherein fuel 7 is injected. Axle-pipe 2 has rows of perforation openings 8. Hollow shield is additionally provided with protective sheets 9 and has port 10 for supplying cooling air. Depending on position of cutter of bulldozer 2 and composition supplying to the stream of exhaust gases in pipe 6, the system can provide heating soil and operate as a flame thrower, protective screen and jack for lifting the tail part of a vehicle.
