FIELD: electric machine engineering. SUBSTANCE: electric machine has rotor 1 with poles 2 with radial ventilation ducts 3, stator 4 with core 5, winding 6 and attachment elements 7 at exit from core, case 8 with holes 9 in zone of positioning of winding ends 6, chamber 10 of cool air around case and system of air division shields 11 and 12 in face zone of electric machine. Air division shield 11 is installed above face of stator 4 bordering on case 8 over outer diameter. It embraces heads 13 of ends of winding 6 over inner diameter. Air division shield 12 is mounted above face of rotor 1 with minimal clearance relative to end parts of winding 6 at point of positioning of attachment elements 7 at exit from core 5 over its outer diameter and embraces poles 2 over inner diameter. There is gap 16 for air passage between shields 11 and 12 which form together with face parts of stator 4 a radial-ring chamber 14. Air is entered into chamber 14 from chamber 10 of cool air through holes 9. Outlet from chamber is conjugate to inlet ventilation ducts 3 of rotor.
