FIELD: power conversion. SUBSTANCE: device has transformer which secondary winding 1 is connected to star connection to alternating current terminals of controlled gates power bridge 2-7. In addition device has capacitor filter having two capacitors which are connected in series. Common point of both capacitors is connected to common point of star connection. Common points of anodes and cathodes of controlled gates power bridge are connected through diodes 10, 11 to same polarity power electrodes of controlled gates 12, 13 which are connected to terminals of capacitor filter. Free power electrodes of controlled gates are connected to common points of anodes and cathodes of controlled gates power bridge. Charging sources 14 and 15 are connected to common point of star connection and controlled gate power electrodes which are connected to capacitors of the filter.
