FIELD: microbiology. SUBSTANCE: method involves passive hemagglutination by mixing examined antigen with erythrocytar diagnosticum. Said mixing is carried out in electrolyte which is used as reaction medium. Mentioned above mixture is placed into microchamber and is insulated of electrolyte by agarose. Microchamber is displaced in electrolyte, reaction is carried out at field intensity 700-1000 V/m, current density being 0,1-0,2 А/mm2. Results are analyzed with the help of microscope. EFFECT: improves efficiency of the method. 1 dwg
