FIELD: milling of friable materials. SUBSTANCE: mill comprises a casing 1 with cover 6, upper and lower contrary-rotating discs installed in said casing on hollow coaxial vertical shafts and having cup-shaped working cavities. Loading devices 12 is mounted on upper shaft 5. Air supply system is connected with cavities of discs of which the lower one is secured on upper shaft. Lower shaft 2 carries the casing whose cover is made integral with the upper disc and has a branch pipe 7 for discharge of milled product, said branch pipe being installed in a spaced relation to, and coaxialy with, the upper shaft.
