FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: at first loose material particles are destroyed with kinetic energy of the grinding bodies of the rotating rotor 5, and then the destroyed particles falling into a gap between the outer surface of the grinding bodies and the inner working surface of the rotating grinding chamber 1 are triturated. When grinding loose material rotor 5 and grinding chamber 1 are rotated unidirectionally. Rotor 5 is rotated at a speed so that the grinded loose material layer is pressed against the working surface of the grinding chamber 1 under the centripetal force of rotor 5 rotation and grinding chamber 1 - at a speed providing decrease of the temperature in the chamber up to the accepted values of the grinding loose material temperature and grinding bodies. The device for grinding comprises a grinding cylindrical chamber 1, within which there are grinding bodies rotors with electromechanical rotation drive 9 of the chamber 1 and rotor 5 rotation. Rotation drive 9 is made with possibility to unidirectionally rotate grinding chamber 1 and rotor 5 at different sped of 50 to 500 rpm. Rotor 5 comprises shaft 4 with radial rods, the free ends of which are secured with grinding bodies.
EFFECT: method and device increase reliability of the mill working elements and also reduce overheating and destruction of the grinding results by reducing the operating temperature in the grinding mill chamber.
