FIELD: fine grinding of materials having different properties.
SUBSTANCE: impact mill has upright casing, upright milling chambers uniformly spaced apart circumferentially on bottom, upper cover with central charging branch pipe, shafts located within milling chambers and having beaters with horizontal surfaces arranged in single plane, system for withdrawal of ready product from grinding zone, and electric drive. Central shaft with beaters is positioned in geometric center of milling chambers, with horizontal surfaces of said beaters defining vertical gap with horizontal surfaces of beaters of adjacent shafts. Milling chambers are furnished with devices for forming flows of material under grinding procedure. System for withdrawal of ready product from grinding zone consists of air flow forming devices for communicating milling chambers with atmosphere and vertical air duct mounted on upper cover of mill casing and equipped with built-in classifier.
EFFECT: increased efficiency and improved grinding quality.
