FIELD: sewage water treatment. SUBSTANCE: treatment is accomplished through immobilized microorganisms placed on a carrier urger in a submerged position. The carrier has the form of a gauze filled with a mixture composed of a ground lump inert material and a chemically active lump material. The first material has a density of less than 1 g/cm 3 with its size ranging from 3 to 10 cm. The second component of the mixture is 3-10 cm in size. The relationship between the material assures favorable buoyancy of the carrier. EFFECT: extended technological possibilities due to using microorganisms. 1 dwg, 1 tbl
