FIELD: biotechnology. SUBSTANCE: method for suppression of proliferation of sulfate reducing bacteria in high-temperature oil formations consists in alternating of water injection through-in- jection wells to high-temperature oil formations to reduce temperature to values noninhibiting development of sulfate-reducing bacteria with renewal of water injection after temperature rise in bottom-hole formation zone and inhibition of cenosis of microorganisms. In so doing, conditions of alternating depend on initial formation temperature. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 3 cl
