FIELD: heat exchanging. SUBSTANCE: housing 1 of the heat exchanger is filled with intermediate heat carrier 3. A device for exciting convection, which is made as gas small turbine 4, is mounted inside the housing. The turbine is mechanically coupled with pump 6. Heat exchangers 9 are mounted inside the housing. Corrugated shell 10 separates the cooling zone from the heating zone. Heat flux is controlled by changing hydraulic resistance of by-pass line 16 which connects inlet connecting pipe 11 with nozzle 12 bypassing the turbine. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 1 dwg
