EFFECT: provision of the heat transfer intensification from the gas to the material in all oven zones due to the gas emissivity factor increase, the heat-exchange channels surfaces and the material falling particle increase, that increases the productivity of the furnace without reducing its thermal efficiency, or reduces the dimensions and material consumption of the oven, while keeping the productivity.
