SUBSTANCE: invention relates to heat engineering and can be used for heat accumulation. In a thermoaccumulation device comprising a closed container filled with accumulating material, a heat exchanger and a heat extraction device located in the volume of accumulating material, closed container has at least two walls and a valve configured to create a vacuum between the walls or fill the space between the walls with a heat carrier. Heat exchanger includes a reservoir, a convector, pipes of the upper row and pipes of the lower row, which are mounted between the reservoir and the convector; with that, the convector is mounted in the space between the reservoir walls and has conical cavities so that it can use heat energy from an external source. Convector is configured to receive concentrated solar radiation or electrical energy.

EFFECT: reduction of heat losses of the thermoaccumulation device to the environment.
