FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves binephrectomy and cystectomy in recipient, connecting nephrotransplant ureter with recipient ureter fallowing by kidney nephron partial excretion processes analysis using interrupted urine flow method. After kidney being transplanted transplant ureter is bound up with a pneumatic cuff. A hollow reservoir having flexible walls is implanted under the skin of lumbar area and attached to the pneumatic cuff. The reservoir is transcutaneously punctured in post- transplantation period to inflate the cuff with air until the external urination stops. An anuretic pause is hold, air is brought out of the implanted system to start examining urine samples. EFFECT: higher operation convenience in investigating urinopoietic function of transplanted kidney. 1 dwg
