FIELD: veterinary medicine; veterinary immunology; veterinary virusology. SUBSTANCE: method involves immunizing one day old chickens with a La Sota strain aerosol vaccine at a dose of 20-40 EID50 per one chicken. The vaccination having been done, Avilact-IK probiotic is administered to the chickens at a daily dose of 0.5-1.5% of food weight in two 7-15 days long courses with 5-12 days pause. EFFECT: enhanced antigenic activity of La Sota virus, expressed immune response, removed adverse effects of maternal antibodies.
