SUBSTANCE: neurostimulator has a transmitter, having generator of stimulating pulse, differentiator, pulse duration generator, commutator and inductor inductively connectable with a coupling coil. Device also has pulse counter and electronic switch, having output connected with inductor input and input connected with commutator output. The first commutator input is connected with the first pulse duration generator output and the second pulse duration generator output is connected with the pulse counter input, having output connected with the second commutator input.
