Medicinal mixture has: 0.01-% solution of clophelin at the dose 1 mcg/kg, 0.25-% solution of isoptin at the dose 0.07 mg/kg and 1 ml of 2-% lidocaine. Invention is used for treatment of persistent pain syndromes caused by the damage of nervous structures (neurogenic pain syndromes).
