FIELD: medicine; medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: method involves acting with pulsating magnetic field upon the injured nerve all along its length. Every zone corresponding to anatomical point of main muscle group convergence innervated with the injured nerve is additionally treated with pulsating magnetic field with a mixture of spasmolytic medicament and conductor agent concurrently administered. To do it, point carrier impregnated with a mixture of spasmolytic medicament and contractor agent is set over each zone. Pulsating magnetic field source comprising one inductor unit is mounted on the carrier. To apply the pulsating magnetic field action, traveling pulsating magnetic field sources with inductor number corresponding to active action zones number are directly mounted on the skin surface in the injured nerve projection along the whole path occupied by the injured nerve. The device has power supply source and alternating magnetic field source designed as inductor, patient magnetic conductivity control unit designed as transducer having biological tissue reactivity detection circuit and electric current impulse shaper unit connected to automatic control and data processing units. The device has pulsating current amplitude control unit, alternating magnetic field source switches, adapter, microprocessor with keyboard and analog-to-digital converter. The alternating magnetic field source has pulsating magnetic field sources having single inductor and traveling pulsating magnetic field sources with inductor number corresponding to active action zones number. Each of the sources is connected to the microprocessor via in series connected pulsating current amplitude control unit, corresponding switch and adapter. The pulsating current amplitude control unit has power amplifiers the number of which corresponds to the total inductor number. The automatic control and data processing units are implemented on the microprocessor base connected to patient magnetic conductivity control unit via analog-to-digital converter. Impulse sequence synthesizer placed between the adapter and traveling pulsating magnetic field inductors, patient magnetotropicity control unit designed as oxyhemometric transducer connected to the analog-to-digital converter via unit for determining capillary blood oxygen saturation is optionally included into the device design. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment; high safety level. 6 cl, 3 dwg
