FIELD: food industry. SUBSTANCE: device comprises a hose which divides the casing into sublimating and sorption chamber and which is wound on the drum by means of belts with slings. One end of hose is secured on coaxially-installed perforated pipe which is hermetically connected by a cone with a desublimating chamber. The other end of the hose is fastened on the pipe with cone which receives steam and sorbent. Besides, the coaxially-installed pipe is provided with a heat carrier supply system.
