FIELD: food industry. SUBSTANCE: sublimating substances purification apparatus has: body with mean to move sublimating substance; additional body with mean to move sublimating substance; two canals, connecting first and second bodies. First and second means of motion are made in the form of tores, hermetically mounted in both bodies correspondingly; tore, located in second body, is mounted on rod, on ends of which disks are located. Cooler is located in second body. System of sublimation substance removal and feeding are mounted on side surface of first body near its butts. Discharging system is mounted on butts of second body, on side surfaces of which there are two valves, connecting second and first bodies.
