FIELD: food industry. SUBSTANCE: sublimating substances purification apparatus has body with sublimation and desublimation chambers and also systems of substances feeding and discharging and collection of desublimate. It additionally has hose, tore, second body connected with first body by pipe, on which heater is located; mean to move sublimating substances, made in the form of container, lower part of which has valve and side surface upper parts and pipe opposite butt of which have holes. Container is located coaxially in first body and pipe. It is connected by belt with drive, made as reversible drum, mounted in second body. Tore is mounted in pipe and hermetically embraces belt. Hose one end is fixed on inner surface of first body and its other end is fixed on side surface of container, facing its upper hole. Systems of feeding and discharging sublimation substances are connected to side surface of first body from side of pipe.
