FIELD: power engineering. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has housing, vacuum pump, and systems for supplying liquid and discharging liquid and gas. The vacuum pump is constructed as three hoses which are connected with driving reverse drums through belts. The drums are mounted inside chambers. At sites of drum positions, the chambers define spaces interconnected through an opening and connected with a system for supplying a working agent. The first chamber is in communication with systems for supplying liquid and discharging gas. The second chamber is in communication with the system for discharging gas through a valve. In addition, three chambers are interconnected through pipes. The first and the third chambers are also interconnected. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 1 dwg
