FIELD: chemical industry. SUBSTANCE: processes of finely divided grinding and thermal influence on the raw material at the temperatures of disintegration and dissociation of components are integrated in space and time. They are carried out continuously and simultaneously in the thermal gas dynamical chamber. The finely divided grinding in the thermal gas dynamical chamber is fulfilled by feeding the high-speed hot energy-producing gas into the zone of thermal influence at the temperatures of disintegration and dissociation of components. In this case the hard phase of the product is continuously taken out of the zone of the combined processing, is separated from the gas phase, is precipitated in the hot state and then it is cooled. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of the thermochemical processing in the course of disintegration and dissociation of the material by means of fast and uniform calcination of particles to all their depth, prevention (suppression) of reverse chemical processes. 2 cl, 3 dwg, 1 tbl
