FIELD: powder metallurgy. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has a sleeve with a rod, being secured to a center of the sleeve and having vanes. An annular magnet with a gap relative to an inner surface of the sleeve is mounted on a free end of the rod. The sleeve is being inserted into a rotating cylindrical part. Upon rotation of that part powder is being batchwise poured out through the above mentioned gap on a surface of the rotating part. EFFECT: enhanced serviceability. 2 cl, 1 dwg
