FIELD: measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: sensitive element is made in form of an item with hole. The item slides along the surface of support by the hole under effect of stream. As a result, the item keeps closer to the support when the item moves in pulse mode under effect of nonuniformities of the medium. The item is isolated totally from the case and keeps stability of trajectory of revolving around the support.
