FIELD: powder metallurgy. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has an annular hopper with end walls. A guiding member in the form of two truncated cones, joined by their large bases and turned by their small bases towards the end wall is placed in the hopper. Annular magnets are mounted on the small bases of the above mentioned truncated cones in openings of the end walls with a respective gaps. The hopper is set on a rotating part. Upon rotation of that part together with the hopper a powder is being poured through the gaps on a surface of the rotating part. EFFECT: enhanced serviceability. 1 cl, 1 dwg
